I thoroughly enjoyed staying at this cottage. It's beautiful and full of character. It's a great space for small children, the grounds are a safe and green place to run around on and play. A car for this location is a must as it is rural, however, it is a perfect spot to visit many places. The owners are delightful and friendly and have put a lot oRead moref love into creating this lovely quiet and peaceful space. The local pub is about one mile walk and I recommend booking a table for dinner. Hide

Fantastic cottage in a stunning location that is within easy driving distance to many beautiful areas such as Lyme Regis to the SW or Corfe Castle to the SE. The owners were lovely and it was great to chat to them about the renovations they did to the cottage. Would recommend the Admiral Hood pub which is a short walk (15 mins) along the country laRead morene. Ideal for group bookings or just individual families. Would definitely return. Only downside was that we couldn't stay longer! Hide

A lovely, peaceful setting, well off the main road. 3 terraced cottages with a small river and sloping field in front. The bird song was lovely! The 2 bedroom cottage was clean, compact and comfortable, but if there is a snorer, bring your earplugs if you're a light sleeper. A stud wall divides the rooms! Good Wi-Fi and Netflix. As a family of 4 we had a fantastic stay. The place was very well appointed, clean and we had all we needed. The location was great for day trips - Lyme Regis, Durdle Door, Corfe Castle and West Bay. The owners were friendly and very helpful, and clearly are focused on giving their guests a lovely and memorable stay. I would recommend to friends, very quiet and yet only a short drive from the village for food supplies from the excellent Spar Shop. 3 smart TVs in property, Lovely open views, and a number of walks close by, Wonderful beaches only a short drive away. Also gardens and country houses relatively close. One evening we saw fallow deer as we dove down tRead morehe drive drive at dusk. As we visited in November the heating worked very well. The cottage is fitted out to a high standard making it very comfortable. The wood burner keeps it very warm especially as the weather turned colder making it a very pleasant place to sit in the evenings. Thank you very much to the owners for such a lovely place to stay would deffinately return.
