Find peace and quiet in the beautiful village of Symondsbury whilst staying in this charming cottage, with its generous lawn area, perfect for a family. Whilst staying in the area, spend your days browsing the eclectic market town of Bridport, sipping tea and eating cake at one of the quaint tea rooms or exploring the coastal beauty of the Jurassic Coast for a holiday to remember.

Upon arrival, the living room will have you feeling instantly at home with the feature fireplace, Smart TV and comfortable seating options set within the vibrant room. Next up, the open-plan kitchen/diner is a great place to socialise, with a roaring wood burner set within an exposed brick fireplace and a dining table to seat four. The kitchen itself is small yet perfectly formed with all you could need to cook up a feast for a small family. There is also a utility room with a WC on the ground floor for convenience. Upstairs, there is a cosy king-size bedroom which can be made up as a twin on request with quirky touches such as the small feature fireplace. The second bedroom is a double with a vaulted ceiling and seat placed right by the window making a great place to sit back and read a good book. Completing the property is the unique family bathroom with bold tiled sections, a freestanding bath and a shower offering choice for all. Outside, the wide-open lawn is a great space for soaking up the sunshine, whilst the covered terrace and a charcoal BBQ allows you to enjoy the fresh air whatever the weather.

Heading directly into the village, you’ll find a lovely local pub, a selection of artists' workshops and a few tearooms where you can stop off for a tasty treat after a walk up Colmer’s Hill. Just 2 miles away is the market town of Bridport, known for its array of vintage shops and markets, as well as its fine eateries which are certainly worth a visit whilst staying in the area. The coast is just 3.5 miles away with West Bay a popular choice for those looking to stroll down a sandy stretch, build sandcastles and eat fish and chips by the water.
