Surrounded by wonderful rural scenery, this delightful lodge provides fresh, welcoming and cosy holiday accommodation for up to four guests. Perfect for couples seeking a quiet getaway and for families enjoying a holiday close to both Dorset and the Cranborne Chase Areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty, the pod is part of a small, cheerful complex of similar properties. Featuring a private hot tub, a decked area, fabulous views and a children’s play area, the lodge is ideal for anyone discovering the region’s gorgeous countryside.

A few steps lead up onto the decked terrace and across to the glass doors which lead into the bright and inviting open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. The lounge provides a charming spot to sit back, watch a movie or chat about the day. The central dining area is perfect for sharing a fantastic family meal which you can prepare in the stylishly designed kitchen to the side. Exploring the property further, you will find two light and welcoming bedrooms: a twin and a double, along with a refreshing shower room. Stepping outside, the terrace features a soothing hot tub and a handy picnic bench with a BBQ, providing a fantastic spot for dining alfresco as you take in the glorious surrounding views. Younger guests can head across the shared grounds to the outdoor play area.

Situated along the banks of the River Stour, Blandford Forum (3.5 miles) has a fantastic choice of pubs, cafes, restaurants and independent shops. Immediately to the north, the Cranborne Chase Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty provides miles of tranquil walks, or you can head south to discover the beautiful beaches and dramatic cliffs of the Jurassic Coast. There are plenty of other local landmarks and attractions including Monkey World, White Mill, Corfe Castle, The Tank Museum and Upton Country Park (all within 17 miles).
