Cross the beautiful courtyard and enter the luxurious stone barn conversion. The single-storey property features a striking open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner with an impressive vaulted ceiling, exposed trusses, vibrant soft furnishings and a roaring wood burner. This sociable space makes the perfect backdrop for celebrating special occasions with friends and family. Several of the bedrooms have flexible accommodation, meaning they can be made up as twins to suit your needs. Marvel at the fascinating artefacts in the Elizabethan mansion, wander around the landscaped gardens, eat your sandwiches on the vast lawn and take long walks through the woodland estate.

The property and the location are excellent. We had a really enjoyable time. The farm buildings have been renovated to a high standard - very tasteful! I would recommend this property to anyone without reservation.

This was by far the best holiday rental that we have stayed in, very clean very well laid out very well equipped.Susan made us all very welcome and Duncan's farm tour was very interesting he certainly knows his stuff. We had a wonderful holiday at Frankham farm. Beautiful rooms fully equipped with all you could want. Loved the hot tub and the tour of the farm was really interesting. It was lovely to be there during lambing season. Really special.

The accommodation is second to none, We were very impressed with the quality of the bathrooms, the furnishings and a superbly kitted out kitchen. it is also quite rare to fins a place where all the bedrooms can be split to twin beds which was a bonus for us travelling as a group of friends. The property was perfect for our two families. It had everything you would need, plus a lot of extra comforts and thoughtful details. The children were easily occupied in the house as were the dogs out in the farm walks and paddock. Had an interesting tour of the farm and we all learnt a lot from Duncan. Everything about Frankham farm is superb. The accommodation is of the highest spec as were the facilities (games room, tennis court, hot tub and walks). The farm tour was both entertaining and an education. We loved the complimentary treats. Our party of 8 had an amazing time!!!

The accommodation was great and the facilities were first class. The games room and hot tub were a great hit as were the marked walks on the farm, and the annex is a lovely self contained apartment for older guests. All in all it made for a lovely holiday enjoyed by everyone.

Beautifully presented and brilliantly thought out, well equipped and comfortable. Well marked walks around the farm (ask Duncan about taking the farm organic and do not miss out on the seriously good burgers in the freezer). Wonderful hosts.
