Bi-fold doors lead from the heart of the home to the patio, so you can throw them open and let the fresh air flood inside or top up your glass with ease when enjoying sundowner drinks al fresco. Put your feet up on the comfortable sofa for some quiet time in front of the TV or sit a while in the chair by the doors and enjoy some peace and quiet. With all you need to rustle up a delectable feast, the fresh, sleek kitchen has a cool, breakfast bar where you can plate up if it’s too chilly to dine outside. Rest your head in front of a gorgeous, timber-clad feature wall in the double bedroom. A freshen up in the contemporary shower room and you’ll be ready to hit the ground running. There is off-road parking for one car 200m from the property.

Less than a mile from the seaside resort of Lyme Regis, leave the car at home and wander down the steep hill to the seafront. Stroll the historic Cobb harbour and spend your day lounging on the beach, sea swimming and stick chasing. Of the four local beaches, East Cliff, Church Cliff and Monmouth Beach welcome your four-legged friend all year round. From the local town, hop on the East Devon Way and hike the first stage towards Colyton, past a viaduct, a castle, and three rivers (approximately 9 miles).

Fantastic quality accommodation but you have to know its in Lyme and the hills are brutal if you do not know the area before you book. Brilliant walk into town but uphill coming back all the way. Great south facing terrace.

We had such a lovely week at Lyme View. The annex has been comfortable, clean, well furnished and extremely accommodating. Weve enjoyed lots of days out at local beaches, trips on the trams (at Seaton) and eating lots of ice-cream. Thanks again for making our holiday so special.

This property is modern, clean and furnished to a high standard with lots of thoughtful little extras that make it a home from home. We were very comfortable here and enjoyed our stay, the sun beds and garden furniture were a big plus. Lovely holiday let in a quiet location. Perfect for touring the area or for visiting Lyme Regis. A nice walk into the centre along the river. A steep but walkable return journey for a couple in their late sixties.

The accommodation was beautiful and very private we also enjoyed Lyme Regis and the walk along the river down past the micro brewery at the mill side and enjoyed drinks there .The coast of Dorset is stunning especially Chesil beach and Durdle door.Would not hesitate to come back.

This is an amazing contemporary high spec property - five star plus, the best place we have stayed by a mile. It's really very comfortable and modern, with a lovely south facing patio. Quality designed and built property. Even though it is built into the bottom of the owners garden you have total privacy and is not overlooked by any other property. Very relaxing inside or out with all needs catered for. Yes, it's location is on a steep hill but not many in Lyme Regis that aren't. The location is ideal for walking and exploring and the nearby River Lim is shallow enough for your dog to explore. The property is situated on a hill, so walking back will help burn off the extra calories from the good selection of food available in the cafe's, pubs and restaurants.

Very clean. Location is on a steep hill about a 15 minute walk from Lyme Regis beach. Very cosy. Lovely sun terrace. It is a residential area. Parking is around 200 metres up a steep hill so can be a little tricky when unloading the car.

We loved our stay in Lyme View. It is very comfortable, clean, private and ideally located. The careful attention to detail was very much appreciated and the extra measures taken to address Covid-19 were very reassuring. It was also a great place for our golden retriever who enjoyed the small yard and walking in the nearby woods.

Lyme View was contemporary and comfortable, every detail thought of. Ideal hideaway for privacy and all equipment was available for making meals. Beautiful patio and views. Lovely (but steep) walk down into town. It was the perfect base for a relaxing break, would love to go back.
