Heading a short drive east is the bustling seaside resort of West Bay with its harbour and expansive beach. Further along the coast is the unique Chesil Beach, which is 18 miles away from the cottage, and is only a few miles from the many attractions on offer in the seaside resort of Weymouth.

The cottage itself is excellent. Comfy beds, immaculately clean, decorated perfectly. Everything you need inside. Outside is a great sized garden to have breakfast in, play with your dog and star gaze. Next door is a good sized playing field. Great for dogs to burn off some initial energy. A five minute walk to Seatown beach which is one of the besRead moret places in the country to fossil hunt (we got ours) and a fantastic network of walks to viewpoints and places of interest. Loved every moment. Hide

We had a wonderful week at Meadow Cottage, the cottage itself was so cozy I didn't want to leave. Location is fantastic, a short stroll to Seatown beach to watch the sunset is a must.

Wonderful, cosy cottage in the perfect spot to explore the Jurassic Coast. Very well equipped, comfortable and finished to a high standard. Beautiful cottage in an excellent location. Easy access to the main road but far enough away to be tranquil and a nice walk via a no through road to Seatown. Convenient location for exploring the Jurassic Coast. We were exceptionally lucky with the weather but know we would have enjoyed it irrespective
