The ideal solo break or romantic getaway for two, this is the perfect base for discovering all there is on offer nearby; if you can drag yourself away, that is.

Get comfy in the lounge’s comfortable seating area after a day on your feet and switch on the TV for easy entertainment. For drawn-out breakfasts and romantic suppers, there is a cute dining area inside as well as an outdoor table and chairs across the driveway. Located in Dorset’s beautiful Isle of Purbeck, the Jurassic Coast is within easy reach. A must-see however long your trip, Durdle Door is only 3.5 miles away whilst Lulworth Cove is 4 miles away. Enjoy bracing walks in winter and, in summer, dip your toes into crystal-clear waters and feel your shoulders relax. For history buffs, Lulworth Castle (6.5 miles) is one for the list, whilst shopaholics will feel very much at home in Dorchester (9.5 miles).
