This modern home-from-home provides the ideal escape for those looking to enjoy the beautiful scenery that awaits on the Jurassic Coast.

Situated in the pretty parish of Uplyme and conveniently situated along the main village road leading into Lyme Regis, guests can enjoy picturesque walks from the doorstep, including the beautiful River Lim Path into Lyme Regis and walking trails including Cannington Viaduct (1 mile) and Happy Valley. Nearby Lyme Regis (1.5 miles) has a popular sandy beach, quaint cobbled streets, fossil hunting at Monmouth Bay and a pretty harbour with the famous Cobb, a stone-built breakwater and jetty. Foodies are also well catered for with the town’s wide range of welcoming local pubs, restaurants and cafes. The perfect place to enjoy a lazy day together. In addition, guests can enjoy many other fun family days out including many National Trust properties, Bicton Park and all the golden sandy beaches of Branscombe and West Bay which are all within 23 miles of the property itself.

Upon entering this property, you will soon notice the light and airy interior throughout with those creature comforts we all look for. You will initially make your way into the kitchen/diner which has everything you need including an electric oven with induction hob, fridge with ice compartment, dishwasher, washing machine and microwave, whilst the dining table has ample seating for all guests. From the kitchen, you can make your way through to the lounge which provides guests with a fabulous space to enjoy a movie night. Features here include a sofa, an additional chair and a Smart TV. Completing the downstairs is the family shower room with shower and WC. Making your way upstairs from the kitchen will bring you to the two bedrooms. The master bedroom contains a king-size bed whilst the second bedroom opposite is a twin room with two single beds and also a stylish sofa which can transform into a bed for an additional guest (one adult or two children). Guests can also enjoy the range of board games on offer in this room.

Stepping out of the kitchen and into the private enclosed, gravelled courtyard with outdoor seating, you will be able to enjoy al fresco dining and drinks. Within easy reach are a children's play area, tennis court (chargeable on the day) and cricket field. Private off-road parking for one car.
