The Weld Arms, Lulworth Castle
Famed for excellent food The Weld Arms in East Lulworth (near Lulworth Castle) is a fantastic family and dog friendly pub. Children are welcome in all areas and there is even a play area in the garden. The food is so popular we strongly recommend booking for evening meals.
The Castle Inn, Lulworth Cove
This traditional 16th Century thatched pub, serving up locally sourced food and regularly changing local real ales and ciders. Dogs are welcome here.
The Sailor’s Return, East Chaldon
A great family run thatched pub nestled in a tucked away hamlet surrounded by rolling hills and great walking country. The menu reflects the seasons and is locally sourced.
Countryman Inn, East Knighton
An expansive, family run, country inn surrounded by great walks. There is a large garden with kids play area, wide ranging menu and good selection of beers and cider and a famous Sunday Carvery.
The Blue Vinny, Puddletown
A village pub with home cooked food with seasonal ingredients sourced locally from friends or trusted suppliers. The wine list has been chosen with the menu in mind and it also offers a range of guest ales on tap.
Lulworth Cove Inn, Lulworth Cove
Set above Lulworth Cove it has sea views and easy access to the coast path. You can enjoy one of many locally produced beers of a glass of wine or two in the large sunny garden. It’s a great spot to stop, either on the way to, or the way back from the beach.
