Escape to the charming village of Charmouth and enjoy a coastal getaway with family and friends. Close to the beaches of the Jurassic Coast and a host of National trust properties, call this abode home and explore your fantastic surroundings. Sleeping eight guests over four bedrooms, spend time socialising in the open-plan living space or enjoy balmy evenings on the patio with sundowner drinks and al fresco feasts.
Step inside to make yourselves at home and stack the kitchen cupboards with ingredients and goodies. A bright, spacious room, the kitchen has all you need to cater for every occasion. Rustle up tasty picnics, throw together lunches and cook up three-course feasts for all to enjoy. When the sun shines long into the evening, plate up outside and lap up the fresh air, or stay cosy and warm inside and savour each mouthful at the dining room table which shares its space with the lounge. After dinner, curl up on the sofas and put on a film for a lazy movie night before the adventures begin again tomorrow. Once rested and refreshed after a good night’s sleep in one of four bedrooms (three of which are located on the first floor), visit the neighbouring holiday park and enjoy use of the shared facilities including a swimming pool, sauna, gym and play area for younger guests. There is ample off-road parking.
Dotting the Jurassic Coast World Heritage Site are an abundance of beaches perfect for fossil hunting, sandcastle building and sea swimming. Visit the nearest beach at Charmouth or travel further afield and head to Lyme Regis (4.5 miles), West Bay (8 miles), or Seatown (4.5 miles). For clifftop walks which boast panoramic views over the ocean, head 4 miles to the National Trust’s Golden Cap estate and tread the network of trails which wind their way over the grounds.
