We had a lovely time on our week away. Great location close to everywhere we wanted to visit. The bed was super comfortable, hot tub was lovely. A few things I think would help improve the place would be access to free view TV and logins to watch stuff. If you don't have Netflix etc you're not going to be able to watch anything. TLC needed on wallsRead more, locks on gates are just string rope latches would be better and easier. No heating before October which is fine, but couldn't get dry towels on rack Hide

We had a lovely week at this cottage despite the weather. It really is a lovely comfortable place and our dog loved the access from the garden to the paddock for his ball games. Lots of lovely pubs nearby doing excellent food we recommend The Old Thatch and the Horton Inn for a really lovely Sunday Roast.

A lovely cottage! Great location for beautiful forest dog walks. Plenty of space for the two of us and our two dogs. Very clean throughout and everything in full working order. Excellent property in a pleasant rural location and importantly, dog friendly. We stayed at Pig Cottage which has a fenced paddock behind which is available to all guests and was great for our dog to run around on a long training lead. Despite changeable weather we never needed the heating as the property is so well insulated and was always warm. WRead moree also loved all the facilities including hot tub in the garden! We would definitely book again if visiting this area in future. Hide

A really lovely cottage with everything you need - even more so if you have a dog - enclosed garden leading to a paddock - our dog loved it. Spotlessly clean and a little bit of luxury thrown in - great position for exploring Dorset. The hot tub was great after a day walking. We loved this place and will definitely return. Great helpful host also.
