Part of a complex of three similar properties, this spacious ground-floor apartment is set within the heart of bustling Charmouth and is the ideal choice for a relaxing break in stylish surroundings.

Charmouth draws many visitors for good reason. As well as a stretch of beach popular with fossil hunters, there is a good range of local amenities. 2 miles south-west is ever-popular Lyme Regis, which is home to a famous ‘Cobb’ where you can take a boat trip or set off on foot around the picture-postcard streets lined with boutique shops, galleries, cafes and pubs. Those wishing to get active can hike up Golden Cap, where you will find stunning views, or plan a route along a section of the South West Coast Path. Ideally situated for touring, from here you can visit many attractions lining the Jurassic Coast in both Devon and Dorset.

Accessed via a shared gravel drive, the private entrance door gives access to this ground-floor property. Once inside, you are met with a striking open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. To the rear of the space is a contemporary kitchen, which is equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, and washing machine. Just opposite is a space to dine in comfort and an inviting lounge area with Smart TV. A door leads from this room and up a step into a stylish king-size bedroom with an en-suite bathroom comprising of a free-standing bath, separate shower and WC.

There is no outdoor space due to the style of the property, however, there is an off-road parking space to the front of the property, and the beach and green spaces are within walking distance.

This cottage is in a superb location and walking distance from the local beach. The facilities in the cottage were brilliant and we appreciated an unexpected welcome pack, a very nice touch. We couldn't ask for more and will definitely be visiting again.

Fantastic cottage but the guests above us were very noisy all we could hear were the clonking of shoes such a shame. Definitely book for evening meals when going out as we couldn't get in anywhere had to go further a field! Only two pubs in Charmouth Royal Oak was great. Beautiful cottage quality furniture bed etc.. we could watch Netflix and PrimeRead more they even had an Alexa !! We had a great holiday. Hide
