Located on the second floor of the building, this apartment is accessed via a shared staircase and laid out across a single level. The hub of the home is the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner, set beneath skylights with a picture window overlooking the town. The industrial-style kitchen fits neatly along one side of the room, with a convenient central island separating it from the family dining table. After gathering to enjoy a meal together, sink into the comfortable sofas to relax and watch a film or chat about your day. Great Apartment which was in a perfect location to the seafront and also the town of Swanage. This was the second year running we have stayed in Swanage and again we were not disappponted. Fish and chip's on the seafront, afternoon tea at Love Cake and sunday roast at The Black Swan, what more is there to say. Cannot wait to return.

Lovely spacious, clean and well equipped apartment. Ideal for a family plus my mum , sister and brother in law in my case. Kitchen very well equipped everything you need, inc coffee making machine and large selection of Teas. Apartment has selection of games to play in an evening ( if amusement park isn't your thing) Located no more than a 10 minutRead moree walk to Beach front and Swanage railway station. Absolutely fantastic apartment. Extremely well equipped . Master room with en-suite is very big and the tv is a lovely luxury. Location is very good and Swanage is beautiful. What a wonderful flat, very spacious, well equipped. Everything you need. Very close to the beach and town centre. Lots of places to visit within a 30 minute drive. Lots of places to eat. Great location. For those that don't like to be based in the middle of things but want to be able to get to them in under 10 mins. Very quiet. Swanage is clean and friendly! Apartment clean, modern and very well equipped!

This apartment is even better than the photographs if that is possible. It is very well equipped; feels very luxurious. Being on the top floor it has ample space outside to leave shoes, coats, beach things. There are folding chairs to use if needed. The living space is light and airy with plenty of seating and spacious dining. The beds are very comRead morefortable with thick cotton sheets. A high quality apartment with a great finish. The kitchen had everything you needed and was well equipped. Lots of living space for an apartment and lovely comfortable bedrooms. You are only a short walk to the beach front. Would certainly recommend.

We had a great holiday here and would stay here again. This is a lovely apartment with everything you need in it. Everything was perfect and felt at home here. Short walk to the town and beach about 10 minutes making it and convenient parking at the rear. Highly recommend to anyone

Victoria Heights is a very impressive high specification flat. The quality of the flat was amazing and the photos don't do it justice. We as a family have travelled extensively and of all the properties we have stayed at, this is by far one of the best for various reasons. Firstly, the entire flat was impeccable and every need catered for, they even provide chairs for the beach! This is a lovely apartment in a great location. The property is fantastically equipped with everything you need and more. We immediately felt at home and were able to relax as soon as we arrived. The town centre and beach were a short walk away and it was a great base from which to explore all that Swanage has to offer. Would highly recommend.
