Nearby is the wonderful seaside town of Lyme Regis (4.5 miles), with its wide range of shops, pubs and restaurants. The stretch of beaches between Charmouth and Lyme Regis are all very beautiful and mostly unspoilt. Hop in the cars and head over the border to Crealy Theme Park and Resort (30 miles). It’s a great family day out with rollercoasters, water slides, live shows and a zoo. For those who prefer a slower pace, the area is brimming with walks, National Trust land such as the Golden Cap, and quaint villages to visit such as Beer.
