Explore the beautiful and diverse Jurassic Coast from this lovely property situated in a traditional Dorset seaside village. The house has four bedrooms which sleep eight guests and is part of a holiday complex. Guests have access to the neighbouring holiday park and its facilities, including a gym and swimming pool.

The house has a bright and light open-plan lounge and diner. The lounge has comfortable sofas and a TV, perfect for cosying up in front of a movie after a busy day visiting the area’s attractions. Cook up a storm in the well-equipped kitchen, while a bedroom and wet room complete the ground floor, ideal for less able guests. Upstairs are the further three bedrooms, one of which is en-suite and has a low sloping ceiling. There are patio doors off the dining area leading to an enclosed private patio garden. Head next door into the holiday park which has an outdoor heated swimming pool, children’s play area, sauna, steam room, health club and café.

Located in Charmouth, you’ll be close to amenities such as shops and a pub, as well as an unspoilt beach backed by dramatic cliffs. Just 4.5 miles away is Lyme Regis, with a further range of shops and places to eat. Take the whole family to Crealy Theme Park (30 miles) with its many rollercoasters and rides, water park, zoo and live entertainment shows. Spot sea life and soak up the coastal views at Golden Cap (4 miles), a flat-topped cliff rising 190 metres above the sea.

• 4 bedrooms – on the first floor, 1 king-size with en-suite and 2 twins; on the ground floor, 1 twin with zip-and-link beds which can be made up into a super-king-size upon request at time of booking
• 1 en-suite bathroom with shower over bath and WC; 1 bathroom with shower over bath and WC on the first floor; 1 wet room with WC on the ground floor
• Kitchen - electric oven, gas hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, washer/dryer
• TV and DVD in the lounge, TV in the king-size bedroom
• Club Wi-Fi available for an additional charge payable onsite, charges are for up to 5 devices – charge for 24 hours is £5.00, for 48 hours is £10, for 1 week is £20.00, for 1 month is £30 (please note Wi-Fi speeds may vary, therefore this connection may be unsuitable for streaming movies and games etc
• Swimming pool - use of the covered outdoor heated swimming pool is included for guests and is open for the following dates in 2026: 28 March – 10 April, 2 May – 4 May, 23 May – 31 August, 24 October – 30 October. The pool is open 7 days a week in the main school summer holidays between 10am-5pm and closed for lunch. Details of the pool opening times outside of the summer school holiday period are available on request, please call for more information.
