After long walks along the South West Coast Path or an afternoon of fossil hunting, soak up the last few rays of sun with a spot of al fresco dining on the patio.

Settle down in the spacious lounge with light streaming in through the patio doors and watch a family film for a cosy night in. There are two spacious and comfortably furnished bedrooms on the first floor, with skylights that make the rooms feel bright and airy. Make the most of the access to the neighbouring holiday park with a dip in the shared outdoor heated swimming pool, as well as facilities found in Char Valley Cafe and Health Club, available at a reduced price.
Visit Lyme Regis, the Pearl of Dorset, with its south-facing beaches and traditional seafront promenade. Spend the day fossil hunting or learning about the area’s fascinating history in the dinosaur museum before heading to the pub for a treat. Outdoor enthusiasts will love the variety of walking opportunities, with the South West Coast Path leading to renowned lookout spots such as the National Trust’s Golden Cap. Nearby Seaton and Beer make for great days out, with Seaton’s traditional seaside resort feel and electric tramway, while Beer’s historic quarry caves are intriguing for all ages.
